This is a offset in a 6 inch pot.

 

 

This is the mama plant in a 12 inch pot.

 This plant was bigger but it started to go backwards. I don't know why but the larger plants were dying off.

 

 

 

Dyckia burle-marxii

Nice reddest (is what word?)  Dyckia with big spines. If you look a little closer you can see the tips of the spines show some white but not on the under side.
