Tillandsia 'Druid' cv. of ionantha

This is only one of the many cultivars of Tillandsia ionantha.

 
Develops a peach color rather than the red that other forms of Tillandsia ionantha.
In addition, the flowers are white instead of the blue/violet of the other forms.

Dyckia burle-marxii

Nice reddest (is what word?)  Dyckia with big spines. If you look a little closer you can see the tips of the spines show some white but not on the under side.

First time flowering for me.
Can get leaves 3 feet long, but this is a whole lot smaller and is in a 6 inch pot.

This Dyckia needs to be protected from the rain to keep in good color.

Don't know if he is correct or not.

Dyckia Carlsbad

Dyckia Carlsbad is said to be a cv. of unknown fosteriana hybrid - Small compact rosette of leaves w/soft spines - 5 in. in diameter - semi-spherical in form w/smooth shiny leaves - Hummel said, "Compact plant w/red overcast in sun".
